It was a rude jolt for me to come across such an enormous number of Diabetic patients among the economically-weaker population of Purulia. Not just adults, I also came across children with Diabetes. These minors are dependent on Insulin, a medication that is life-saving but costly. Through our efforts, we are enabling these young boys to live their normal lives and this gives us Divine happiness.

I keep constantly urging girls and young women to take care of their personal hygiene. Needless to say, this is of vital importance as it prevents one from falling sick and passing on germs to others. Providing holistic healthcare to rural and economically-weaker women is a goal our team is passionate about.

While conducting outreach camps in remote tribal villages, team members of Kolkata Serving the God Foundation have faced several challenges, and made interesting discoveries of their own, each proving to reinforce our commitment towards our mission.
